The biggest week on the aftermarket calendar is almost here. The 2026 SEMA Show runs November 3–6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and Jo Coddington will be there on the show floor. Here’s what’s new this year and how to make the most of it.
A renovated convention center
The Las Vegas Convention Center finished a major renovation covering about 3.2 million square feet across the Central, North and South Halls. There’s a new 100,000-square-foot Grand Lobby with a giant digital screen, a climate-controlled concourse linking the North and South Halls, a new east entrance to the South Hall and digital wayfinding to help you find your way around. If you’ve walked SEMA before, expect it to feel easier to get around this year.
Powersports gets its own destination
New for 2026, an expanded Powersports, side-by-side and lifestyle section in West Hall sits next to the Truck, SUV and Off-Road section. SEMA calls the combined area an “Adventure Lifestyle” destination, with side-by-sides, off-road rigs, motorcycles, V-Twin performance and gear.
Battle of the Builders adds motorcycles
SEMA’s Battle of the Builders returns with its automotive classes: Hot Rod & Hot Rod Truck; 4 Wheel Drive & Off-Road; Sport Compact, Import Performance, Luxury & Exotic; and the BFGoodrich Young Guns. This year it adds a brand-new Bike Builder Shootout, judged by Zach Ness, Jeff Holt and Pat Patterson. You can watch the competition live in Central Hall.
SEMA Fest and public Friday
Friday, November 6, is the day enthusiasts can get in. SEMA Show Friday is open to the public, and SEMA Fest takes over that evening with The Offspring headlining, plus Jimmy Eat World, 311 and The Alive. Expect the SEMA Cruise, OPTIMA drifting demos, the Globe of Death and a hypercar display from Supercar Saturdays Florida. Combined tickets cover the show floor and the concert.
Tips for SEMA week
- Wear real shoes. The show covers multiple halls, and you’ll walk miles every day.
- Book your hotel early. onPeak is SEMA’s official hotel provider.
- Plan your must-sees. With more than 2,000 exhibiting brands, a short list keeps you from missing the builds you came for.
- Bring business cards. SEMA is still the best place in the industry to meet face to face.
